Overview

Parc Lofts is a 6-story, industrial-style loft building located at 1749 NE Miami Ct. Completed in 2005, Parc Lofts was developed by The Intrepid Real Estate Company and designed by Bermello Ajamil and Partners. Parc Lofts has 72 loft residences comprised of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans (see Parc Lofts floor plans). The residences located on the first, second, third, and fourth floors have 15-foot-high ceilings while those located on the fifth and sixth floors have 20-foot-high ceilings. The apartments at Parc Lofts feature open floor plans, stainless steel kitchen appliances, concrete countertops, concrete floors, exposed ductwork, and a balcony.
